This unit sustained damage during Hurricane Milton last year. The customer contracted Marant Construction to perform remediation and restore the unit to its pre-storm condition. Marant Construction submitted all required permitting documentation, including the full FEMA package, and proceeded with the renovation work in accordance with the approved budget. All inspections were successfully completed and approved. The customer is fully satisfied with results
